Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Pineapple Net Golden Ticket Promotion (“Promotion”). Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Promoter

The promoter is MyISP Trading as Pineapple Net Pty Ltd (ABN 12 644 398 603) of 103/15 Corporate Drive, Heatherton VIC 3202 (“Promoter”).

Promotion Period

The Promotion commences at 12:00am (AEDT) on 1 October 2025 and closes at 11:59pm (AEDT) on 31 October 2025, or until all Golden Ticket chocolate bars have been distributed, whichever occurs first (“Promotion Period”).

Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.

To claim the Major prize, participants must either:

  • be an existing Pineapple Net customer, or
  • become a new Pineapple Net customer during the Promotion Period.

Employees of Pineapple Net and their immediate families are ineligible to claim prizes.

How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, customers may receive a Golden Ticket chocolate bar through Pineapple Net sales activations, events, or other promotional channels.

Each chocolate bar contains a ticket with either a winning message or a non-winning message.

Winners must follow the instructions on the ticket to claim their prize.

Prizes

A total of 1,500 Golden Ticket chocolate bars will be distributed.

  • Major Prize: 3 x One Year of Free Internet Plus a FREE Router (valued at $900 each).
  • Instant Prizes: 297 x Pineapple Merchandise Prizes (valued at up to $5.00 each).

Total prize pool valued at approximately $4,185

Prize Conditions

The Major Prize One Year of Free Internet Plus a FREE Router applies to Pineapple Net services only and are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

If a winner of the Major prize is not a Pineapple Net customer they must sign up for a Pineapple Net service within the 30 days of the Promotion Period ending to redeem their prize.

Merchandise prizes are subject to availability and may differ from promotional images.

How to claim a prize

Winners of the Major Prize One Year of Free Internet Plus a FREE Router must contact Pineapple Net by email at accounts@pineapple.net.au or phone 1300 857 501 within 30 days of the Promotion Period ending to redeem their prize. If a Major prize is not claimed by this date, the winner will forfeit the prize and no alternative will be provided.

Winners of the Instant Prizes can redeem their Pineapple Merchandise prize instantly at the time the Entrant is deemed to be an instant winner.

Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited at the Promoter’s discretion.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:

  • any loss, damage, or injury suffered by participants or prize winners,
  • late, lost, or misdirected communications, or
  • any issues arising from circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at www.pineapple.net.au

By participating in the Promotion, entrants consent to Pineapple Net using their personal information to administer the Promotion and, where applicable, deliver prizes.

General

The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of this Promotion is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time where it becomes necessary to do so.
