These guys are absolutely killing it. I've been using them for solid 4-5 months and have got "zero" complaints. They tick all the boxes which I wanted. 150 mbps download/upload speed 24/7 for sweet $59 a month. My earlier provider was ripping me in the name of big reputed company. Was taking $80 for half this speed.Very prompt in their service continuation and just had 2 minor interruption for 10 mins each due to some upgrade which they had kept us prior informed. No hassle in billing too.Can have your old existing compatible modem or get a brand new shiny one from them. I took a new one. Only suggestion, if they could consider the price of their modem slightly. I paid around $100.Keep doing this good work guys & remain this competitive to beat the beasts.

Pineapple Net is amazing. Internet without the hassles! It was easy to set up an account with them, and I'm really happy with the speed - just what I need to work from home, stream movies, and play games.

Pineapple Net has been a great ISP (we moved away from Telstra which was not!) with no issues with the best value on the market (that I have found) and the speeds are as advertised. We get 150 mpbs down (and up!) for $59 per month. We have had only one or two minor outages over the last year both of which were only for a very short time (only a few minutes) and were resolved quickly with no need to contact Pineapple Net.Additionally, the subsidised Xiaomi RB01 AX3200 Wi-Fi 6 Router is great value for money for both the hardware and it's capabilities. This router has been very reliable with great speeds and reception. Note that you can use your own router if you prefer.For those interested I was able to successfully flash the firmware of this router to use OpenWrt v23.05.4 (an open-source router firmware project) which I have been using for several months now without issue. This endeavour was entirely a passion project / hobby for myself as I had no problems with the included firmware for the router.

Simple, stress free service. Easy to change plans as you go, speeds are great, very happy!
