Super happy with this service. I don't usually write reviews, but this has been such a standout compared to anything else I have used that I have to give credit where credit is deserved. I work from home a lot and it's been really fast consistent speeds all day long with do disturbances. The best part is, they are also the cheapest 🙂

I had some hiccups in the first few days, but it was very quickly resolved.It is very similar to the internet that I've experienced living in Europe. I was very hesitant when looking at what internet service provider to get when finally moving into our new apartment. NBN is a flawed technology that's severely outdated.Thankfully, this service existed. Otherwise, I would be miserable with NBN internet.

Have been on the DGTek network with Pineapple for about 3 years now. Their service is really amazing for the price, and the speeds are just unmatched in Australia.There is no other provider offering 1Gbps symmetrical at these prices, and with this level of service.A couple of things to note for the nerds:- Pineapple and DGtek have really good backhaul. I’ve never had issues with throughput to local and international IPs.- No issues with VPN traffic.- Static IP available.- The ping is ridiculous. Literally 1-2ms always.- Speeds are consistent. Even in peak times, I’m achieving close to 1000Mbps up and down. The screenshot is one of the worst I’ve had and it’s still fantastic.- The support is good. There are only a small team but they know how to fix issues and if they don’t, they quickly escalate to someone who can and does fix the issue at the source. Really impressive.Definitely recommend Pineapple and DGtek.

I was with Pineapple Net for 3 years before moving to a new apartment and sadly outside Pineapple’s coverage area.I'm now back using the NBN - paying $30 more, getting 1/3 of the speed (often less) and experiencing dropouts. Arghh!I miss my old internet - hopefully they’ll connect my new building sometime soon….?I would 100% recommend their service if they’re in your building.

I have been a user of Pineapple Net for many years now and to say their service, reliability and consistency of speed is impeccable would be an understatement.I have a 500/500 plan and almost always I achieve the speeds, in fact, some times higher. There has only been an instance of down time for me twice in about 3 years and one of those times was an issue with my router.Truly an exceptional service and can't recommend them enough if you're looking for ultra fast, reliable and affordable internet.
